I am creating a shopping cart. It has the ability for invoice pdf. Should it have a barcode too? Which data should be with barcode? Order id? With which format? EAN or what?

What is the point of the barcode on an invoice?
I would have thought it was unlikely your customers can read a barcode, although there could be an app for reading them these days - you could have a QR code instead. But again what are your customers going to do with the data as they would need some way of reading it into their accounts system.
I really can’t think of any practical reason of having a barcode generated from a PDF
Even if i push the creative scenario like accounting scanning the barcode to quickly enter data into another system; but then why not just export CSV sales or do a integration between shopping cart invoice to accounting software. Customers are not going to read barcodes… I can’t even imagine any scenario for that. lol.
