Paypal sandbox currency issue, HELP!

HI,

I"ve built an e-commerce site and wish to test it with paypal sandbox.
when the products on my site are is USD I have no problem using sandbox but when I change to my local currency (ILS) -< when I login to my paypal buyers account I get an error.
I’ve added ILS currency to my sandbox sellers account but still no luck.
The error tells me to try again later and some other general stuff, but I’ve been trying for a month.

any idea how I can solve this?

This doesn’t seem to be a supported currency by PayPal.

What format of integration are you using? Different forms seem to support different currencies.

I am using .net cms

when I use ILS for currency I get to the stage where my website dircts me to paypal page and I just need to pay. On this page I see the amount with ILS as currency. doesnt this mean paypal understands this currency?
only problem is when I try to pay.

any ideas?

So what is the actual error? Does that not explain what the problem is?
