I want hone my skills on SEO and improve by practicing it, but I’m really having a hard time deciding on what to choose. Should I consider it first on doing free blog platforms or should I invest on buying paid domain? And what are the pro’s and con’s for both of them. What’s the most practical thing to choose?
Try searching for free domain names and free ISP. The latter may have restrictions or included adds but should be adequate for your blog requirements.

Would it be necessary to gain some profit if ever I will use free domain and ISP? And should I be able to practice the organic SEO techniques by doing this? Will this apply for the alexa and page rank checkers?
if you invested in the fee domain and the free ISP then your very first Adsense would give you a profit
