Ordered List bullet styles, is it possible?

Hi

I’ve got a problem.
I need to make lists with bullets as:
1)
2)
…

But I don’t see any style in CSS list-style like this.
Is it possible to do this without inserting the numbers with right-parenthese in the HTML?
If not, then any good solutions you could suggest?
And how could the standarmakers miss something like this?
It is one of the most common list bullet styles.

is quite standard. As far as I know, there’s no easy way to do this with CSS. You could use a different image for each list item, but that sounds too convoluted to me.
