I am working as a SEO for the last 3 Month, I have just completed off page Activities. Now I want to start On Page SEO activities. I did lots of internet searches, and still I confuse. Here I found one closed topic that was not sufficient. I want to stsrt for basic Please help me.

Then the perfect place to start is Google’s “Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide”.
(IMHO, you are doing this backwards. On-page SEO should be done first, when the site is constructed.)

Hey!
You have to start with On Page SEO first and after making sure all the on page activities are done then you have to go for Off Page SEO. In On Page SEO you can start with Editing Meta Tags, Image or Alt Tags, URL Structures, Site Architecture, Page Speed Issues etc.
How can I fix image with missing alt tag on my website?
Find those images and add alt text. e.g.
<img src="images/myimage.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="alt text goes here">

I personally use an online marketing plan that has really valuable SEO tips based on the website analysis. Also, I see what’s done, and what should be still implemented. That’s helpful!
On page Activities are:
Meta Descriptions.
Meta Tags.
URL Structure. …
BodyTags (H1, H2, H3, H4, etc.) …
Image SEO.
Internal Linking.
