Npm - err! - econnreset

Hi,
I’m trying to install React application.
When I run npm install -g create-react-app, I got info `path\path\path

  • create-react-app@1.5.2
    updated 1 package in 5.226s, and then I run create-react-app my-test-react-app`.

Finally, I’ve got an error:

I have similar problem with installing packages, libraries etc.
