my blog is running on google adsense. today 1 click on google ads but not show google earn money this 1 click.

How you will be able to know that one click is done at your website. Google takes some time to analyze the click done at the particular website that whether it is genuine or not. As you said that one click is done. In that case for sure, You yourself made this click and if you do that regularly google may suspend your account.
However if their is nothing like that you can check and verify the code which is given by google adsense to you.
It is against Google’s terms for you to click on your ads.
one click could be a mistake or what they called invalid click.
