Newbie Know Nothing ?: adding a wildcard to a javascript snippet

I have site with multiple domain names, identical with the exception of .com. co.uk .ca etc. I want to include a url to the site in my javascript that will work for all domains.

Is there a way to add a wildcard to the url, or maybe some code that means to inherit the domain the user is already logged into?

Just don’t specify the domain, and the link will remain local to the domain that you are on.
