Need solution to synchronize Outlook Calendar to WordPress

I’m working on an internal WordPress website for my employer. They want to display a calendar that is synchronized with an Outlook Calendar to show what training sessions are coming up. They would like the ability for the user to add the event to their own calendar as well.

It seems like this plugin would do the trick but I’m trying to see if there is a way to do this without paying for a plugin first.

Have you checked out WordPress’ free plugin repository? For example, this one - https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-event-aggregator/
