How can we do other ways instead of arrows for next and previews.
Can please give your ideas for this.

Nothing wrong. but just i am trying to do other ways that gives same meaning.
You could also use < > or an actual arrow like → or ⇒
How about << >>.
Use textual links informing the user, e.g. ‘next’ and ‘previous’ or whatever they represent.
You could put the arrow within a larger button shape (square, circle, whatever) so that you have a bigger looking clickable area.
