Stuck in the bottom-right corner of this page is a Social Media sharing tool floating over the page content. It’s semi-transparency changes upon hover. It grows out from the corner upon hover as well.

Judging by the ID of the div I assume it’s it’s based on Socialize This, a WordPress plugin. Scroll to the bottom of this [URL=“http://csscreator.com/files/js/js_bcfd1c3b7650fb59cdaf959817ec2421.js”]unobfuscated version of the JS used on the Drupal page you referenced for the function that generates the bar.
