I would love to create a website. But I do not have much knowledge and experience on wp, need help. For example: Where to download software? How should i start Which web site supports wp well, can i read the documentation about wp? ā€¦

Iā€™m not much of a Wordpress expert, but I think possibly I may consider that wordpress.com would be the first place I would look to download WP and find documentation about WP, if I ever felt inclined to do so.

wordpress.org is the place to download WP. wordpress.com is for hosted WP sites.

Self-hosted WordPress. Org can be your best choice. You will get enough guidelines on the web that help you for starting a WordPress website or blog.
I have no idea about Free Wordpress.Com but I can help you if you want to run self-hosted WordPress.org website.
