today when i sign in then “Your account has been banned.” massege are displayed.
how can i handle it? why its banned?

You need to provide more information about what you are doing and where.

The only way to know that for certain is to ask the site in question.
My guess would be that your post was much too promotional in nature and, as @Gandalf suggested, was considered to be Spam. Did you read and follow their guidelines before posting?
You have said on the forums that you are new to SEO. From other things you have posted, I have the impression that whatever information and advice you are following is not good advice and is only going to lead you into more difficulties. Before wasting more time on techniques which are unlikely to work, I strongly urge you to spend some time reading reputable respources, such as Google’s guidelines, so you can target your efforts more appropriately.

how can find it the reason for banned?
Read the guidelines/FAQs for the site and see whether you infringed any rules.
If you genuinely can’t work out what you did wrong, then e-mail them and ask them to explain.

Maybe they find your post inappropriate. If you think you have followed their guidelines while doing this post, then I suggest you ask them straight about the reason as to why you were banned… That way you’ll be able to clarify the issue and sort it out if there’s still a chance…
