I have idea. Web service for storage statistic data by indicators and sections. For example, indicator: count of view; section new id, value = 1, dateTime. User put indicator via API and get data for dateTime period. User can build charts and get one via API.

The only way to find out is to do some proper research in your target market. Whatever responses you get here will not tell you what the demand is in your market, as the people who respond are probably not representative.
