Yes netlify can handle form submissions for you.
They have excellent VPS hosting, from 14.95, 20GB SSD, 1GB RAM, choice of OS - Gentoo, Fedora, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, OpenSUSE, etc. Support is always in touch, technical issues were resolved very quickly.
That is remarkably expensive considering the specifications! Other reputable web hosting providers are a third of the price and with more storage, etc?
