My website went down due to licensed software

Hi, I am in a big problem please help.
This is a WordPress site fully developed and was launched last August but the developer created the design with some licensed software. Now he has canceled his license. The site has the following all ready built out.
-CMS
-Databases
-Password Protected section
-PayPal payment set up
-About 50 pages already developed
-Client profile section

Know how can we get back that website. As My Developer is not available.

tt your developer and have him fix it.
you can create the site (theme?) however you want but in the end you should have a functioning theme on a functioning server.
the theme shouldn’t be reliant on a licensed software(dreamweaver for example). was it a proprietary theme?
