My job might depend on this. Help?

Hello everyone. I have a Joomla question. I hope I am asking in the correct forum since I see no mention of this CMS tool.
The updates I have been making on Joomla for my bosses client are not showing the changes. Does anyone know why this is happening? I did edit the override css file. Might I have corrupted this file? I’m in serious trouble if this is the issue.
We have cleared the cache. All is good. I called the hosting company. It doesn’t seem to be an issue on their end.
The change my boss made on his computer did show up eventually. Not all of them but some of them. However, the changes I made on my end have not shown up. Any help to resolve this issue would greatly be appreciated.

First of all, make sure you’re changing files on the right host.
It rarely happens with me that I change files on a wrong host and wonder why nothing has actually changed on the site.
Open your CSS file by direct URL and look is it contains the same changes you’ve made.

When changes are made to a CSS file try adding “?changed=yymmdd” at the end of the CSS filename.

Browsers should use the modified css file immediately.

I think that browsers will not cache the CSS file so after a couple of days remove “?changed=yymmdd” and browsers should cache the CSS file.

The issue was the Joomla Clear Cache option all along. Thanks. I just needed to clear cache.
