Movie Related website Indexed but not cached?

Hi

While surfing i come to know about a website:

This website is a good website,but when i checked,it was not being cached by google but google is insexing it and it is showing in Google Search.How is it possible??

I want to start a similar website.Is it will be profitable?? What should i do for its SEO?? For Traffic??? Can anybody anser my these questions Here and can anyone help me with its SEO???
