In a word - no.
Meta keywords do not help, per se. But properly-used meta keywords can show that you’re not trying to cheat the system. As I understand it, they’re used as a quick “red flag test”. If your keywords are appropriate to the content, you pass. There’s no points or benefit for passing. But if you fail, you may be penalized or scrutinized more closely.
So… toss in a few appropriate keywords, but don’t spend more than a few seconds on it.

Actually i’m still using mata keywork tag. And realize it work for my website. It response good when am change some keyword on meta keyword tag.

You asked some questions, but the last post reads like an unexpected statement to me.
Which search engine(s) are you talking about here? As already explained (with links to back up the information) Google doesn’t read this tag and Bing doesn’t use it for ranking.
Meta keywords are not useful in 2017 because google does not consider meta keywords for ranking factor. if you want to target some keywords and want to rank for this keywords than include it into your website content that will help you.
