Ok I’m looking to launch a basic static website but want to shop around some trusted sources. Can anyone give me a recommendation regarding a trusted marketplace for standard compliant HTML & CSS.

Not for advertising purposes, just a good resource - hosting4review (Templates ). I watched it myself and recommend ( ironmyers - templatemo - metamorphozis ).
Displayed after downloading the source code. Just everything changes - could lay the advertisement. But before the code was clean.
