I am employee in indian it sector. i have more then 3 year experience in Two different profile.as like WordPress blog customization (2 year 3 month) and currently working on seo executive profile last 9 month.i have no advance or core knowledeg in SEO,php, mysql and css.i m not success in seo fields so please give me good suggestion. which field do work for my future.

I’ve recently been in a similar situation, I just left a media production company after 4 years as their only web guy and I wasn’t sure what to do next. I’m proficient in a lot of things and they’re all computer related and although I love working in 3D/art, building assets for games and animations, I just couldn’t give up on web.
I’ve now jumped head first into freelance web development/design, I want to give people great sites and their users great experiences, that’s my goal.
I’ve been building WordPress sites with custom themes and I had no prior knowledge of PHP or MySQL, now however I can confidently code with it, at least enough to work with a CMS and build what a client needs. You learn from mistakes as you do the job, and you push yourself to get better.
I personally enjoy the creative and technical challenge of working in web, anyone can learn HTML/CSS and the core functionality of WordPress is pretty straight forward too.
Also WordPress powers a lot of the web now and so there will always need to be people that can build and maintain it.
You’ll also learn some PHP as you learn more about WordPress which can be used in other CMS’s or even your own projects.

I have read your best suggestion but i am some confuse that,should be leave this current job of seo executive.and searing job on web development profile in it industries.so give good and better advices for improve and changing my life style …
I’m not saying that you should leave your current job, I would never tell someone to leave their job.
You need to decide what is best for your future, how much money you can earn?, where you want to work?, will people want your skills?, will you have to move?
I can’t tell you which job to do because your situation is different from mine.
I gave you my experience, I could pursue another career in 3D Art/CG, but I personally prefer the challenge that web gives me.
You have to decide what you want from your job, it’s completely your decision and based on your situation.
There are lots of questions to ask yourself, things like:
Do I enjoy what I do?
Is my pay high enough?
What is my future in this job?
Can I progress further?
These questions can only be answered by you, I don’t know how much money you need to earn, or if you can keep working in SEO in the future.
Your priorities are probably different from mine, personally I want to be happy with my job and I have people that can support me if I need it, but this may be different for you.
I won’t tell you what job you have to do or what you should do, but you need to think about what you want and where it will take you.

Its pretty clear what you should do. Go back to Wordpress if thats what you like and are good at. Simple, do what you can do with pleasure.
Do whatever you wants to do. Don’t see the IT trend , it changes every time. Follow the path in which you feels good and know that you can do something best and different.
