learned ennough from premium courses and ebooks but i stuck into something everytime especially in layouts(responsivemobile 1st). please help me how can i improve.

What you must do is learn some more and then…
practise, practise and then practise some more.

Is this a specific SitePoint book or course you are having a problem with?
If so, post where and what you are stuck on and help should be on the way.
If by “stuck” you mean only that you keep running into problems. well …
For all the years I have been coding I have been constantly getting myself to a sticking point.
That’s because I never settle with doing only what I know repeatedly. I always explore and try doing new things and old things differently.
Good thing is, when I persist long enough I usually solve the problem.
I consider it part of the learning process.
