I’m interested in developing a B2B website, similar to www.aliexpress.com (not an app). The site will be an ecommerce multi-use dynamic platform with seller feedback, shopping cart, supplier selection/data, seller/buyer contact & sharing, order tracking & management, etc.
What languages are used to design a robust ecommerce website platform like aliexpress (HTML coding, JAVA, SQL Database, coding, magento)?

Also, what is a typical full cost for outsourcing this type of ecommerce website?

For a site like that you could choose a PHP/MySQL combination. Price wise if you have it custom built you’re looking at a 5 figure sum in say USD, GBP or Euros.
