Is it easy to rewrite an Ajax wordpress plugin to be a normal post

I’ve got a plugin on WordPress I want to change to be not Ajax.

Can see it’s a post action to ajax.php in WordPress.

Should it be simple enough to just exctract this action and put it in a normal form? Looking at the network packet but can’t workout the values it’s sending or where they would post to without Ajax.

Any help would be great

Can’t you look at the plugin itself to see what it is doing?
