Invoicing by a USA LLC to a Canadian Company

Hello Everyone,

I live in USA and have recently started a LLC consulting company. I am not sure for all the taxation norms here as I am basically from India. I have recently completed my first project and want to prepare my first Invoice. My client said the invoice will not have any taxes and I am not sure how and why? I am the only member of my LLC firm. Please guide me an appropriate website or page where I can understand the rules and create a proper invoice.

Maybe you should call the tax administration from the US.
