Inserting a web page on a Facebook tab

Facebook keeps changing things. I can’t believe how something so simple is so cumbersome and difficult to do. All I need is a single web page going into the facebook page. It’s an order page. I’ve tried everything but the solutions I’ve found require a monthly fee which is out of the question and STATIC HTML tab seams to have been killed off.

Does anybody have any experience in this.

PS: I really miss the old SitePoint layout.

I would guess why - they want to make some money from it.

Facebook? That would be fine, but a monthly fee from third parties??
