If you really want to discuss the issue, then share some of your own thoughts first, to get the ball rolling.
You mean other than “Wake up the front end dude at 4:30am because the data server in New York is down and need him to stare vacuously into his monitor while we wake up the server folks and he ponders if he is going to go back to sleep or just suck it up and get some coffee?”
