I haven’t used GitHub much, but I’m trying to add “login-and-pay-with-Amazon” to my site:

I’ve downloaded and unzipped, but I’m not sure if I upload the whole folder as-is, named “login-and-pay-with-amazon-sdk-php-master”, or what? Any help will be appreciated.

No, you don’t upload the entire folder. On the page you link to above, there is a heading Documentation which should explain how to integrate the script with your site…
