IIS rewrite and 404 page

Hello
I have 3 url that need to be rewritten:

http://localhost/dap/ads.asp?pro=idnumber

http://localhost/news/detail.asp?id=idnumber

http://localhost/categorie/cats.asp?cat=idnumber

non existante pages:

http://localhost/dapmmmmmmmmm/

If the requested URL match the pattern “^([^/]+)/?$”, it will be rewrote instead of fired up custom 404 error page

<?xml version=“1.0” encoding=“UTF-8”?>
<configuration>
<system.webServer>
<httpErrors errorMode=“Custom” defaultResponseMode=“ExecuteURL”>
<remove statusCode=“500” subStatusCode=“-1” />
<remove statusCode=“404” subStatusCode=“-1” />
<error statusCode=“404” path=“/my_errors/404.asp” responseMode=“ExecuteURL” />
<error statusCode=“500” prefixLanguageFilePath=“” path=“/my_errors/500.asp” responseMode=“ExecuteURL” />
</httpErrors>
<rewrite>
<rules>
<rule name=“RedirectUserFriendlyURL1” stopProcessing=“true”>
<match url=“^dap/ads\.asp$” />
<conditions>
<add input=“{REQUEST_METHOD}” pattern=“^POST$” negate=“true” />

</conditions>
<action type=“Rewrite” url=“dap/ads.asp?pro={R:1}” />
</rule>
</rules>
<outboundRules>
<rule name=“OutboundRewriteUserFriendlyURL1” preCondition=“ResponseIsHtml1”>
<match filterByTags=“A, Form, Img” pattern=“^(.*/)dap/ads\.asp\?pro=([^=&]+)$” />
<action type=“Rewrite” value=“{R:1}{R:2}/” />
</rule>
<preConditions>
<preCondition name=“ResponseIsHtml1”>
<add input=“{RESPONSE_CONTENT_TYPE}” pattern=“^text/html” />
</preCondition>
</preConditions>
</outboundRules>
</rewrite>

 </system.webServer>
