have the same stylesheet and the html in question is identical.
Yet, in IE8, in the box in the left sidebar “Travel Secrets” the bottom of the border gets cut off in the second link and I have to increase the height to accommodate it. So, I know the answer, but can’t understand the difference.
Go to http://pintotours.net, click on Bali or Jakarta in the globe. Once in one of those pages click on any of the buttons “look Inside” . Copy the url of the popup, and paste it in the address bar.
Try placing it in a different directory or something. Your website is loading, just not certain directories. Throw a random test page up on your root directory.
I’m not with you… The pages related to the Barcelona page are fine. The problem is with the ones connected to the Indonesian pages even if the css is the same.
Please note that I can solve the problem easily by increasing the height of normal1 in the css. What I need is an explanation, if possible, of why this is happening, if the code is identical.
Perhaps wait for @PaulOB to come. I will arrive home in 2.5 hours so I can look then if noone else has stepped in. Perhaps it is just my network being silly.
Yes! the sidebars are identical. Well… the top box has a different destination name, that’s all: Jakarta instead of Barcelona. And… the image for Barcelona is taller
Hi if you look at the two pages in the first post of the thread you can see the sample pages I gave. They have the same css and the bit of html code in question is identical. So, why should they be different?
One page is from the Barcelona page and all sunbsidiary pages are ok. The othe rpage is from the Jakarta page and here and in the Bali one all pages have the same defect.
It looks like the top of “threedivs” is somehow interfering with the bottom of “normal1” in the Indonesia page but I can’t see what’s different from the Spain page.
