You can do it through the following ways:
- Download the WordPress to Joomla migration extension
- Upload it to your Joomla website
- Register or Sign in
- Download the Connector plugin
- Install it and activate at your WordPress admin panel
- Go back to the Joomla site; specify your WP site URL and verify the connection
- Select the entities and additional options
