I Need SEO Help!

Judging by what you have said, I would look at encouraging existing clients to mention you, with a link, on social media and in relevant forums. Develop a blog, or regular posts about topics of interest, share them on FB page or group, Whatsapp, Twitter, Linked in, Pinterest. Develop a following with posts of interest that people will visit and share.
There is no real shortcut or trick. In order to get backlinks, you need interesting content that people will visit, follow or share. Maybe a Q and A section or your own forum where people can ask advice and get answers. You need to provide content that people want.

No, it’s still spam if you post it multiple times.

You must first get the content of the website page on-page seo well. You can also invest in Google Ads to promote it.

So I ran the various diagnostics suggested, changed the page titles and headings and have gotten no change in ranking. So I either misunderstand the tags I am using, or it is boiling down to content. I am using Search console, but not getting really meaningful feedback on what I need to do.

It usually is.

Have you submitted a sitemap to Google?

It seems like you’re facing SEO challenges with your website kidsmedicalcare.com. Despite having read Google’s guidelines, your site isn’t ranking as well as similar brochure-ware sites. To improve, consider optimizing keywords, focusing on quality content, emphasizing local SEO with accurate details, building reputable backlinks, ensuring fast loading and mobile-friendliness, enhancing user experience, making regular updates, and analyzing competitors. Keep in mind that SEO takes time, and seeking professional help might be beneficial. Best of luck!

Thanks for the response. after approximately 6 weeks, it actually appears I am losing ground in the rankings. Assuming I want to engage professional help, I really have no idea how to find someone that actually knows how to increase our ranking. Obviously everyone says they can, but can they deliver?

That is the problem, it’s an industry awash with charlatans, you don’t have to look far to see that. :shifty:

Surely is there was one thing, or a list of things that could be done to improve ranking, then everyone would do that.
Well, everyone is doing that. But everyone can’t be number one. The paradox of SEO.
