I need plugin which can make my each unique employee upload his work like only media or client can submit job requirement with only 3 field title ,media,description without login into wordpress dashboard & each client is redirected to dat work without login into dashboard

Is this for Wordpress? You haven’t specified.
Often the easiest way is to look at view source and see what the site is loading from the plugins folder (functions can be from themes too, but the plugins folder is often more likely)
In the case of web1expert I see two likely plugins.
djd-site-post - which looks to be no longer maintained
user-submitted-posts - looks to be up to date.
Download it, read any documentation there is for it, try it on your localhost dev environment. If all goes well upload and install to your live site.

That is my test site ,but that option is not working for me

In that case, what error messages are you getting?
no error ,only that plugin is not serving my purpose if i ve multiple clients i dont want my workers or clients to do login ,they can do there work anonymously
