You need to employ a mix of php, mysql and javascript to get this working nicely (you can omit the javascript if your hapy for the page to reload inbetween cascades)
Use the first combo boxes onChange event to call a query to the database to extract the second combobox’s options.
There are many examples on teh net, just google ‘cascading comboboxes’
You would want to use Javascript and perhaps a switch…
