You can use other Advertisement system, Adbrite or something like that. You can use Social Media Sites.

Also, grocery stores always send fliers by the mail to inform their potential customers of the weekly discounts. Maybe you could try to build a subscription base that would receive your emails with grocery discounts or coupons?
Your adwords campaign should be supported by a retargeting campaign (if its not already). Adroll and google both have such services.

I second this… pay per click is very expensive these days. Adding a retargeting campaign on non-converting visitors can bring some of them back and get the sale, reducing overall customer acquisition costs.

Yes Google adwords definitely is a nice medium to increase your traffic. But Social media branding of your website can get you more traffic and at a much lesser cost. In fact if you are doing it on you own then you are at profit.

Google adwords are one way to go but with google shopping becoming obsolete in a few months in favor of a PPC shopping service. It will be flooded with users. I personally dont ever click on any ads on google but alot of people do so it must be worth it. Definatley make the most of socail media, you can reach alot of people easily and create a strong brand recognition…best of all its free, so really you cant lose! You can also hire some agencies to increase your SEO and sometimes even your page rank, though this will cost you!
Adwords is a great marketing campaign to incorporate among other marketing strategy, don’t just relly on the clicks your ads or running, always remember that a lot of fish are found not only on adwords there are lot of prospect you just have to figure it our where you can get them.
