You could do with posting more information; for instance is it a CMS site like wordpress?
What did you do to cause it - new site or uploaded some new software or plugin.
4xx error is a client error, it may not have anything to do with the server.
Your 403 should give you a more detailed explanation of what’s happening. Most of the time, you’re trying to list the contents of a directory that can’t be listed (you need to configure that options to allow the listing of the files in a directory)
My guess would be that the Permissions aren’t set right.
