Can I ask some help please of the flow. I am creating simple sales and inventory system. In my receiving menu I have p.o look up modal this will display all the p.o numbers ,when I click that certain p.o number it will display all the line items. I also have textfield for the invoice number and invoice date. that was coming from the vendor. now If 4 and 5 items where not deliver by the vendor or supplier , I still save that in receiving item. and when the 4 and 5 items are available and it will deliver to the company do I need to create another receiving ( row ) or just find the row id of my receiving and edit the line items. ?
second question: every time I receive item Is this the time to update the quantity of my inventory item ?
