How to promote Https Website, because while putting bookmark and Directory submission the URL is not accepting kindly tell the ways to promote

Hey @Mysendmail you can simply use http. Their will not any SEO problem due to that. if you are using proper 301 redirection at .htaccess file for redirecting http into https in that case it doesn’t matter that you are creating links using http or https

Surely you mean that the other way around, @farhanaxt? Post the directory link as http and then use .htaccess to redirect to https. (There doesn’t seem to be any point in having https if you do it the other way around.)
Given how long it is since Google started encouraging the use of https, I would question the quality of a directory which doesn’t allow you to post links in that format. It seems to be an outdated approach.
