I try to connect a plugin data inside WordPress and JSON. How to manage using a paid solution due to security transmission?

I have settings inside Wordpress from a custom plugin which communicate with WordPress and control functions. As I need to push statistics into app outside my WordPress I try to connect a custom plugin and JSON data with the app outside WordPress.
