That page scrolls like any other page in the world scrolls.

What’re you referring to specifically?

It does apply a slight easing though by preventing the wheel event default and animating to the new scroll position itself…

Ah okay, i’m on a laptop, so no wheel-scrolling for me atm! Explains it.

I…think the function is coming out of init.js line 44, which is a minified script that plays around with the mouse lineheight and fontsize, but… i’ll be honest, the minified, shorthand variable names of the script are doing things my brain cant comprehend fully without spending a few hours trying to decipher the code back into readable form.
