Yes, there are those who are using Social Media Marketing such as FB, twitter, linked.in to gain traffic to the site, in that way they are paid by the owner of the site. Just a thought.

In fact even asking the question here has annoyed me.
Indeed, annoying and the question is way too general to even have a good discussion about.
A good start would be to define the term “internet” and the term “marketing”. Marketing is about letting people know about something, and the internet is comprised of billions of people. Of those billions of people, you need to decide on ways to reach them where they will be receptive to you. We are not off to a good start here.
A very vague concept or definition of internet marketing would be an exchange of service or value over the internet.
What a lot of newbie internet marketers do is setting up a website and selling other people’s products through their site. This is called affiliate marketing. With affiliate marketing you can make from zero to millions of dollars if you’re really advanced and know what you are doing. Other than that you could also make money through your blog; and by that I mean providing value or good content until the person buy’s a service or product through your site. But you don’t always have to use your site. you could make money through marketing funnels, and that’s when someone clicks on an add or link because they are interested to what that product or service might be. From there they will be taken to a squeeze page, and a squeeze page is a page that provides an offer in exchange for you name or email. Sometimes the person would have a video, and underneath that video would be a “add to cart.” Aside from that the squeeze page could provide a lot of text explaining why their service or product is good and why you should buy it. From there you would scroll down to the bottom of the page and you would see an “add to cart” or “join now” button. I mentioned how when you’re taken to a squeeze page there would be a “enter your name and email for…” When the internet marketer receives the person’s email, he will try to sell you stuff through his email. But he won’t sell you anything right away, unless he is a very skilled marketer and knows what he is doing. What a lot of marketers do is that they like to build an email list using a squeeze page. The reason they would want to build a list of emails is because those emails are potential clients that might buy from you. A lot of marketers tend to say that “the money is in the list.” The money is in your email list. Those are the usual ways through which most internet marketers try to make money off of. For me, it’s really important to know the things you do good in the internet. Are you good at writing? Then be a freelance writer. Or are you good at online marketing consultation? Get up and find customers. Money making through internet has lots and lots of options. Be it networking, blogging, affiliate marketing, social media marketing, buy and sell, etc. The most important thing is to focus on the things that you really love to do.
Jeff Bezos started Amazon, and I hear he does pretty well.

A: Run a website become a publisher. Sign up with google AdSense but google only approval if you meet the minimum requirement. Try other ad network, some accept lower traffic website. I use MoriAds.
It is not an easy task, many people have tried and not succeeded.
Try creating a blog about your hobby or any niche subjects that you are knowledgeable.

Yes we can earn money by using the Technique “Internet Marketing”. But earning money through this technique is not an ordinary thing. By different ways we can earn Money.
I.e.,Affiliate marketing,Blogging(By our Own Blog) etc…
Your question is very general, let me try to tackle with it in a useful way instead of providing some general information like many on here.
There are many ways to generate income from Internet marketing, the best are mentioned below:
- Building your own authority website.
- Affiliate Marketing.
- Promoting and Selling Services.
- Promoting and Selling Information Products.
Internet Marketing is a form of promotion after all. You need to have a product, service or event that requires promotion to earn real money online.
There are several ways to make money online with IM. You can make money by creating your own classified site, SEO Services, Email Marketing, Adwords, etc. It depends on how you play your campaign and much more.
Numeros of different ways you can make money online. I personally make alot on very small nich sites that allows the user to find a solution to a specific problem there having
no forum posting doesn’t allow you to earn. However, you can use techniques like PPC to earn in internet marketing.
I would like to say only one this “Google Ad-sense” is one of the best source to earn money online.
