How to insert achor tag in revolution slider

im using Elementor with Revolution Slider im trying to add achor tag in image so that when user click link open in new tab but i didn’t find any option for achor tag

In HMTL Tag there is no anchor tag, how can i add achor tag to image as i dont see option for adding ID/ Class for image

thank you for taking time for solving the issue as it have been solved with same process you mention, im trying to zoom achor tag image on hover like:

div.classname->classname->classname->achortag->image.classname:hover{
transform: scale(1.5);
}

putting this css in custom class for zoom effect but custom css in revolution is not working, how can i get zoom effects on hover
