How to implement excel form in php

My Requirement is we no need html form i need Microsoft excel form implement in php what ever enter in excel that data’s stored in MySQL anybody have any idea how to implement this requirement.

Excel to MySQL would need CSV as transfer medium. Excel forms in PHP make no sense.
