How to get the targeted traffic to my site?

There is lot of article in the internet tells about how to bring the targeted traffic to your site within a month and week. But those are not effective from my point of view, those are all interesting for reading but in practical it is really challenging for all to get the targeted traffic.

For example, i am getting traffic from organic search, social media, some referral site it is common,

But the traffic i am getting from the business review sites are really gives more benefit in both business point of view and the SEO point of view because particularly it reduces the bounce rate and help to get business enquiry.

So i am looking for this type of answer, kindly help me to bring the traffic in the practical way.
I don’t want to go with paid option.

Thanks in advance.

I just read this Paul Jarvis article today, which I think is a good place to start:

https://medium.pjrvs.com/you-dont-hate-marketing-you-hate-what-you-think-marketing-is-5d1fc1d90777#.9x5fj5ytd

He has a free email course to go along with this, which looks like it might be really helpful.

Getting traffic is not easy .Use blogging and article posting then use forum signatures like “Best seo forum” will give you more signature to increase backlinks .

Edited by SamA74 to remove promotional link-drop

That is actually very bad advice.
A forum such as this does not tolerate spamming. All outgoing links are marked nofollow so they pass 0 Page Rank. In addition, moderators will remove spammy links (as I have with yours) and ban members who persistently post self promotional links.

Get Backlinks from relevant niche websites and if you have local business do focus on Local Business Listing. This is really very helpful and brings right visitors to your websites.

First, I appreciated your question. Everyone want to build up their business but they does not do it. Because of lack of Digital marketing strategies. There are certain skill to achieve traffic in a site easily.

  1. SEO: - Mainly used to generate targeted traffic in a website. In an SEO, lots of factors are affected to set up traffic. On Page Optimization is a techniques to works with Keywords, Website Technical points, Content Marketing etc. to develop a qualified website which produce traffic easily.
Another is off page optimization is a techniques to works with link Building, bookmarking, blog commenting, social activities (i.e. google+ twitter, LinkedIn etc.) to achieve traffic smoothly.

  2. Email marketing: - This Technique perform to sending info graphic or text message of targeted customers email.

  3. PPC: - pay-per-click, a model of internet marketing in which advertisers pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. It’s a Totally Paid Campaign to produce authentic traffic on a proper way.

In short, All Techniques perform well and get authentic result with No Doubt about it.

There are many way to increase targeted traffic to your website. I follow below things and got positive moves on my clients local keywords based traffic.

If you want to target location based traffic you have to develop your website as per the location based.

For Example You want to target Melbourne, Australia based traffic.

  • You need to add content related to melbourne and other subrub of the Australia.
  • Add schema to your website
  • Claim your website in Google my business, bing search engine, Yelp, Yellow pages etc
  • Create social media page creation with address and local phone verification
  • Publish post including the location and tag local famous brands.
  • And then you need to publish some blog, article, and content marketing which have atleast linking to your website.

If i missing any thing, Let me know

“There is lot of article in the internet tells about how to bring the targeted traffic to your site within a month and week.”

Not sure what these methods are that get you rich traffic in a month time frame, but organic traffic is going to take WORK on your part, and not the type of work you can put a short-term deadline on. It’s important to know where you are sending your traffic, and whether you are offering content that is relevant enough to your demographic that other authoritative sites will want to link back to you. Then, build relationships within your niche with influencers who’s links and referrals carry weight. Focus on the quality of your content, make it SEO rich for your niche keywords, promote it on social media pages and engage in groups where your demographic hangs out.

There are a ton of different routes, paths and angles to marketing, but the most important thing is to → Plan Your Work, and Work Your Plan

Yes I fully agree with you. Forum signature links only for SEO traffic. It’s not a good or organic SEO practice. So try to avoid this type of spammy tactic.

u can created good & quality back links. Quality contant writing, u can do ppc for targeted area, as well as social media etc…

As we all know, the Search Engine Optimization field is booming day to day with new inventions and discoveries so now a day’s getting traffic is a very challenging task, so if you are thinking that’s all activities aren’t effective which you have already done so change your concepts to build online reputation, as you can do community creation in social networking sites, blogging, forum Postings, social bookmarking, cross-linking, image sharing, video promotions, business reviews & local or business listings etc.

If that’s true, why are you still suggesting the same old, same old?

As the OP is no longer with us, and the discussion seems to have gone off-topic and degenerated into the usual SEO lists of tasks with no new information, I think it’s time to close this thread.

Thanks to those who contributed.
