I would advise against having audio start playing on page load, though if it’s a must I would use flash to embed it: http://wpaudioplayer.com/standalone
Sorry I didn’t make my self clear. I am trying to get the mp3 to play when someone clicks on the play button on my site. It works great on Fire Fox but not IE
Hi Chrissales. Welcome to SitePoint!
To give any real help, we need to see the page you are referring to.
There are lots of audio player plugins out there that are designed to work cross-browser. How much access do you have to the site’s code? I’m not familiar with Google sites.
PS Questions like this are better posted in the HTML forum (for future reference).
Here is the html

I am going to try again to show you my web sie address. Sitepoint will not allow me to post it. It is at http:// chrissales. com hopefully this will go through.
So it sounds like you do have access to the HTML?
Are you talking about the Information audio?
Yes I don’t understand why it works on Fire Fox and others but not IE
I don’t really understand the code you have posted. I’d recommend you check out something like Flowplayer. It’s very easy to use, and works on all browsers.
