The is no sensible answer to that question. There are many techniques you can use to improve your ranking, but no-one can tell you which one to use without knowing much more about your sites, your goals, and what you have already tried.
I suggest you read the sticky threads at the top of this forum, and some of the thousands of articles on the web on this subject. Then come back if you have any specific questions.
