How To Embed A Webpage on a Facebook Page

Does anyone know how to embed a page from my website onto my Facebook page? I have been playing around with Facebook apps and have created several, but I can’t see how to add the app to the facebook page.

If I try and use “App on Facebook” it insists on a Secure Canvas URL which I don’t have. Do I need this to make it work?

Anyone ever done this or can point me in the direction of an up to date tutorial?
