I am build a billing software, which would be the best language python, ruby on rails or C++. Also I want to add a bar-code printing.
The answer is whichever you’re most comfortable with.
BTW… C++ is a compiled programming language (it creates its own run-time engine), the others are scripted (the browser is the run-time engine.) Compiled runs on its own; scripted requires a server-side solution and browser.
