How to access php ini.txt in xampp

Hi i am new in php xampp pls suggest me how can i manually access php ini text file .

Last I remember, it’s in the XAMPP install folder’s PHP folder.

Try installing Everything Search Tool which is very quick at indexing just the filenames, then search for php.ini
