How can I convert the physical data/ image based data into Libre office calc?
Calc is Excel. So… your data interchange format can be anything that both systems understand.
Without knowing what form your physical data comes out in, not much more advice we can give.
Select the data that you want to convert. Tick More options, tick Regular expressions, click Replace all . All multiple spaces have then be replaced by a tab character.
Save your physical data as a .csv (comma-separated values) file or as a .tsv (tab-separated values) file.
LibreOffice Calc will open those very simple file formats.
